Scarlet Willow has narrow mid-green leaves and yellowish catkins with the young leaves in spring, but is most conspicuous in winter when the branches are a brilliant orange-scarlet, especially if they are pruned hard back every second year. If left it can Containerentially develop into a tree of more than 12m. This ornamental tree is a fantastic tree for adding winter interest to your garden.
