Overview

Introduce the charming Malus 'Evereste', a small yet spectacular crab apple tree known for its vibrant spring foliage, crisp white blossoms, and decorative red fruits. Perfect for any garden, its fruits not only beautify the landscape but are also edible.

Description
Malus 'Evereste' is a standout with its simple, slightly lobed green leaves that turn an attractive orange-yellow in the autumn, often persisting into winter. The spring brings a profusion of blossoms: red in bud and opening to crisp white flowers that are a magnet for pollinators. The pleasing red fruits that follow can be harvested for culinary use or left on the tree as a feast for wildlife. With a mature height of 4-7m, 'Evereste' is versatile enough to fit into any planting scheme and can be pruned to encourage fruit production.
