We are delighted to offer our delicious 'All-Season Gooseberrie Collection' with a range of colourful berries.

Description

Gooseberry shrubs have green foliage and green, insignificant blossoms that give way to small, varying-in-colour fruit with a sweet and sour taste that can be harvested from July to August, depending on the variety.

Eat the Gooseberries fresh or add them to desserts or jams. Freeze your Gooseberries and enjoy them year-round!

The Range

We carefully select varieties that cover a continuous harvest from early July to the end of August, giving two months of flavorful fruit. Within the collection, you will receive three plants from the following range:

• Hinnonmaki Red

• Hinnonmaki Yellow

• Captivator

• Invicta

Planting Position

Gooseberries are a great addition that are suitable for containers and small gardens. They will do well in sheltered areas, in full sun to partial shade and in moist but well-drained.

After Care

Gooseberries are easy to grow but do require low maintenance. Prune any dried, overlapping or damaged branches twice yearly to maintain a healthy plant and encourage fruit production.

Size

Gooseberry bushes can reach a height of up to 1-1.5m with a 1.2m spread, depending on the variety.
