Description
The Trewithen Blue is a magnificent, vigorous evergreen tree with dark green leaves and pyramid-shaped clusters of lightly fragrant rich blue flowers that are so profuse that they literally cover the bush from April to June. This tree makes an excellent all-rounder for the smaller garden due to its low maintenence and also suitable for container growing. The Californian lilac is very popular with bees and other pollinating insects due to the mass of flowers.
