Description  
• Medium-sized, hardy Norway maple, celebrated for its rich, deep purple foliage.
• Palmate leaves with five lobes, about 15cm long and wide, turning orange and brown in autumn.
• Produces yellow clusters of flowers in spring, tinged with pink, followed by typical maple winged fruit (samaras).
• Bark features striking interlaced ridges, adding visual interest year-round.
