Thrives in full sun but benefits from some shade for leaf protection

Description

Perfect for medium-sized gardens, known for its brilliant autumn colour and upright, oval shape.

Introduced in 1994, it combines the best traits of 'October Glory' and 'Autumn Flame', making it one of the UK's most reliable for autumn colour.

Leaves start pale yellow in spring, turn green in summer, and become a long-lasting reddish-purple in autumn.

Red twigs and small spring flowers add winter interest after the leaves fall.
